We are looking for someone with:
1. Strong Leadership- demonstrated ability to manage a team of individuals.
2. Expertise in testing methodology and a passion for continuing education. Certifications preferred but not required.
3. Resource planning, including tracking manpower hours and allocation of team resources.
4. Ability to be a liaison with other lines of business, including development, project management, design and usability.
5. User Acceptance Testing of Software Applications, preferably eCommerce or internet applications.
