Topic: Obstacles to TQM
The purpose of the study was to determine what obstacles are associated with managing a successful quality transformation and compare them to specific outcomes that measure TQM success. The first objective of the proposed study was to determine, utilizing quantitative analysis, obstacles to managing the TQM transformation. The second objective is to examine the relationship between obstacles and different measures of the perceived success (or failure) of TQM.

The ASQ Raleigh Section 1113 will be having the annual election of section officers at our April 15, 2008 dinner meeting. A slate of nominees will be presented at the meeting. We are also asking for a call for nominations from the general Section membership. Nominations require the submission of a nomination petition, signed by at least 10 Members, and submitted to the Section Secretary, Nancy Garcia, ngarcia@infinityqs.com by 4pm April 10, 2008.
