> Schedule, plan, manage, and perform calibrations, FAIRs, ISRs, APVs, and all other inspections.
> Perform, analyze, and interpret Measurement System Analysis studies including Repeatability and Reproducibility studies (Gage R&R), Linearity studies, and Stability studies using the AIAG guidelines.
> Perform, analyze, and interpret process capability studies.
> Assist the Quality System Manager with managing internal and third party audits. Perform internal process and QS audits, issue and follow up on corrective/preventive action requests.
> Ensure departmental compliance to TS 16949:2002 standards.
> Program and operate Direct Computer Controlled Coordinate Measuring Machines (DCC CMM) and DCC Video Measurement Systems.
> Set up and perform inspections using a multitude of measurement devices from simple calipers to complex measurement systems.
> Create and implement corporate and departmental policies, procedures, and work instructions.
> Interpret and advise about the use of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
> Support and assist other departments with process streamlining utilizing Microsoft Office and other various applications.
