Presentation Title: Process Owners: To Achieve Process Success
Have you ever wondered why processes continue to degrade in performance? Or why sustainment of process improvements is so hard? There is a problem with most processes within organizations whether its in manufacturing, healthcare, or any other business type where processes aren’t properly designed, maintained, and improved over time. At the core, we know that processes will continue to digress/degrade in performance overtime if there is no process plan/strategy. This session will discuss what is a process to ensure that key core processes used by organizations are properly designed, maintained, and improved. This is key for quality professionals to understand and advocate for in your organizations to ensure on-time delivery of good quality output.
