Presentation Title: Using Organizational Analysis Methodology to Identify Process Improvement Opportunities and Select Projects that Provide the Best Value

Presentation Summary:

Have you ever wondered how projects are selected in your organization?  Is it done by the quality department? By executive management or senior leadership? By a hired consultant?  How are projects identified? By using DMAIC and Project Identification Selection Workshops?  How are the best projects chosen from among the alternatives?  This presentation describes how a structured assessment of an organization’s key business processes can be used effectively to identify, value, prioritize and select the best value opportunities for process improvement projects.
