ASQ Raleigh consists of 966 members (as of May 19, 2008) in a diverse range of industries and professions.
ASQ Raleigh hosts various events, including educational & networking opportunities, conference & dinner meetings, as well as plant tours. Leading the charge are some very dedicated Quality lovers from around the area. All have agreed to sign the ‘Letter of Commitment’ which states the following expectations:
- Provide timely status reports to Chair
- Support and participate in Board Meetings and Raleigh ASQ Events
- Successful complete SMP Objectives
- Assist with Recruiting and Succession Planning
- Remain Fiscally Responsible
- Follow the ASQ Code of Ethics
But what are SMP Objectives you might ask? The SMP, or Strategic Management Plan, is used by mature sections across the country to operate the organization as a business, striving to consistently exceed customer (your!) expectations. Check out the latest strategy.
