Instilling a Continuous Improvement Culture at Gregory Poole: “Rusty” Pate will talk about the steps Gregory Poole is taking to instill and sustain a continuous improvement mindset throughout the organization. Come hear some ideas you can take back to your organization.
Speaker Bio: James Pate is a Six Sigma Black Belt and Air Force Veteran. He graduated from Mount Olive College with BS Business Management and Organizational Development. In addition to a short stint in electronics manufacturing, he has spent most of his career in Service and Parts operations areas. He has a total of five years in a dedicated Six Sigma Black Belt role.
