Presentation Title: A value stream transformation example at Gregory Poole

Summary: A value stream transformation is a complex application of Six Sigma Lean tools to align and increase efficiencies in upstream and downstream sub-processes. The cumulative effect of the multiple improvements transforms the value stream into a new desired future state.  This presentation will exemplify one such transformation.  One of our departments at Gregory Poole is our Hydraulic Cylinder shop.  We will have a short presentation explaining the project followed by a tour of this high production service shop.
