Attendees will identify the crucial elements of an exceptional audit report, review examples of poorly written observations, and practice writing unambiguous observations (gaps in compliance). A workbook and electronic templates will be provided.
Note: Most examples provided are from ISO 9001 or pharmaceutical/medical device good manufacturing practices audits, but principles presented apply to reports for any type of quality audit.
